PLACING AN ORDER
Our customers can place their orders via internet or phone mail order.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM from Monday – Wednesday will be shipped within 24 hours
Tuesday is the last day to ship 3 day orders
Orders placed during the weekends will be shipped on the following Monday
If we are out of stock on any product from your order, you will receive an email or phone call notifying you of any possible delay
Once you place an order online, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. Please review your order and make sure everything is correct. Please contact us if there is a mistake on your order
If you provide an email with your order, UPS will send you a confirmation email, with an expected time of arrival, once the package leaves our location. If you do not, please contact us with your information and we will be glad to assist you.
If you do not receive a confirmation, there's a chance that it may be in your spam folder. Check your spam folder first, if it is not in there, please email us at email@example.com or contact us at 646-663-1495 and we will be glad to assist you.
If you fax, mail, or place an order via phone, we will contact you right after the order is processed.
All orders are only shipped by United Parcel Services.
Orders placed on Monday thru Tuesday will usually be shipped within 24 hours
Orders that take more than 3 business days are only shipped on Monday and Tuesday
We will notify you regarding any delay and it will automatically be shipped on the next available shipping date. For example: If you place an order on Wednesday and select UPS 3 Day or ground service that will take 3 days, it will be delayed until Monday because UPS does not delivery on weekends.
UPS ONLY delivers to land addresses. Unfortunately we do not ship to PO BOX addresses
UPS DOES NOT deliver on Saturday and Sunday
If we are out of stock on any item from your order, you will receive an email or phone call notifying you of any possible delay.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order if the order appears to be fraudulent.
Please understand that there is no guarantee on the arrival time. Arrival times may vary depending on situations and conditions beyond our control.
UPS REQUIRES a signature upon delivery of package. It is important that you let us know your schedule by leaving a comment at the comment box at the end of your order, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us at 877-668-2668.
If you prefer to leave the package at the front door, we will be glad to include a note for the carriers instructing them to do so. However it is the driver's final decision on whether to leave the box or not
Please make sure you order ahead of time to ensure the most accurate delivery schedule possible
If you are not able to receive the package at your billing address, please consider having your perishable foods deliver to an alternate address such as a commercial address, where someone will be available to receive your order. If you would like to leave the package at the billing address, please include a note at the comment box and we will provide a note to the driver to leave the package at the front door, out of the sunlight to prevent any damages
Please keep track of the day your package is scheduled to arrive. Although you may have previously received your package within a certain number of days, it is not indicative that all subsequent orders will always take that certain number of days to arrive. If you have chosen Ground Services, the packages’ maximum number of delivery days is 5 business days without guarantees. If you do not receive your shipment by 6:00 PM on the schedule date stated, please email us at email@example.com or contact us at 877-668-2668 as soon as possible. We will track the shipment for you and keep you inform with the most updated information
Please inspect the contents of your package as soon as it arrives. We must hear from you within 12 hours of delivery in order to process a claim for damage and/or loss
All shipping carriers are not responsible for loss of or damage to the perishable package during the holiday seasons.
Tien Garden is not responsible for replacing any items and/or packages that are stolen. Unfortunately we have no control over the package once it leaves our location. However, if you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us at 877-668-2668, we may file a claim with UPS on your behalf.
Our shipping rates are determined by the total weight of your order and the delivery location
You will be able to review your shipping charges after you enter your information. The next page will show your shopping cart and on the bottom of the cart, you will be able to review the shipping charges.
To ensure a timely delivery, please review your shipping address before confirmation. There is a $10 fee for adjusting the shipping address once UPS receives the information
